If we determine that it is necessary to terminate the Service for reasons unrelated to the User’s conduct or violation of these Terms, a prorated refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance may be required, and we will make reasonable efforts to schedule such maintenance during off-peak hours.

9. Domain Name Registration and Management

9.1 Scope and Definitions
We provide domain name registration and management services as a reseller of ENOM, Inc., an ICANN-accredited registrar. A “Registrant” is the person or business that owns and controls the domain name. The “Registrar” is ENOM, with C.K. Nexus IT Solutions acting as a facilitating reseller through its platform.

By registering a domain through our Service, the Registrant also agrees to ENOM’s Domain Registration Agreement, available at https://www.enom.com/terms, as well as applicable ICANN and Registry policies.

9.2 Registrant Responsibilities

  • Registrants must provide accurate and complete Whois information and maintain it throughout the domain term.
  • It is the Registrant’s responsibility to ensure timely renewal of domains to avoid service interruption or domain loss.

9.3 Renewals and Expiry

  • Domains are billed annually unless otherwise agreed.
  • If a domain is not renewed before its expiry date, it may enter a Redemption Grace Period, during which it may be recoverable for an additional fee (typically up to €100 + VAT).
  • After the redemption period, domains may be deleted and become available to the public. We are not liable for any loss or interruption caused by non-renewal.

9.4 Domain Transfers

  • Registrants may request to transfer domains to another registrar using the domain’s Auth/EPP code.
  • Transfers are subject to ICANN’s 60-day transfer lock and may not be permitted within 60 days of registration or previous transfer.

9.5 Suspension and Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend, delete, or refuse domain registrations or renewals in the following cases:

  • Non-payment of applicable fees
  • Violation of ENOM, ICANN, or local Registry rules
  • Illegal or abusive use of domain names (e.g., phishing, spam, malware)

9.6 Data Use and Privacy

  • Registrant data is submitted to ENOM and applicable registries for domain registration purposes.
  • This data may be published in the public Whois database, except where privacy protection is applied (where available).
  • We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

9.7 Dispute Resolution and ICANN Policies

  • Registrants agree to be bound by the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any applicable Registry-specific dispute policies (e.g., .cy).
  • Disputes must follow ICANN-mandated procedures before seeking legal remedies.

9.8 No Guarantee of Availability
Domain registration is subject to availability at the time of processing. A domain is not secured until it is confirmed as registered by the Registry and payment is received.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: Our Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a user’s use of our Service or domain loss.

11. Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Confidentiality: We will not disclose user information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our Service.
